Lit 4 Spit

Had my first "Seattle Spit"! (If someone doesn't know what that means, it's basically just rain that feels misty.) Moral of the story, it was awesome. Although...definitely feeling the gloomy weather so we hopped on that Vitamin D grind this week.

Wednesday we went to the Seattle Temple! It was so fun to go for a drive out of our area. We went to the Johnson's house for dinner. I LOVE THEM!!

Lots of visits again this week and guess what WE MADE A FRIEND!! Leigh was a member referral. She is a really sweet lady who is experiencing some really difficult personal challenges right now. Leigh is also Christian so we get to talk a lot about Christ with her. Even with this hard thing she is going through, she kept telling us ".. but I know God's got me." I admire that kind of faith!! I feel so grateful that she is willing to let us visit with her. We hope to ease into teaching her more about what we believe but right now she needs a lot of love. Pray for Leigh this week!!!

Saturday our zone hosted a free car wash! It's always fun to be around the other missionaries. Plus, some of them Elders be smellin stanky so we mightve "accidentally" had a soap spillage which was conveniently located directly on them..... (our Elders don't actually smell but the shenanigans are good entertainment) I'm sure they are all grateful for the baths they were given.

The MTC kicked me in the bootayyy for real!!!! However, I have felt SO blessed to have had nothing but GOOD in Washington!! Every day I've felt so grateful for my experiences here so far. I wish I could express to each of you the amount of tender mercies I get to see.

God knows YOU and loves YOU!!!
SO grateful for all of you and love getting your messages throughout the week

Peace
