5 MONTHS
We had transfers this week...
Drum roll please.....Sister Wallis and I are STAYING in Sammamish. That was very anticlimactic my apologies!!! BUT this is her last 6 weeks as a missionary so im going to be SAD when she leaves me!! Along with like all my other missionary friends in January! RIP.
The festivities have continued and we have been crazy busy with all types of Christmas extravaganzas! Lots of members have given us christmas presents.... but Sister Wallis won't let me open mine early. Don't fret... I still get away with shakin those thangs to guess whats in em.
Hit my 5 MONTHS mark yesterday. Crazy how time on the mission legit goes so slow and super fast all at once! Grateful to be in Sammamish Valley with Sister Wallis for Christmas! We have a lot of fun together. Plus, we have found a couple new friends that are progressing and both of the wards I serve in are so awesome!!
With the Christmas season, we have been focusing a lot on what gift we can give to the Savior. I think what Jesus Christ wants from us most is to have our heart. To have our hearts focused on giving, loving and forgiving those around us and doing it more frequently. Definitely trying to put in more effort in those areas this Christmas
I don't have much more of an update from this week but there will sure be something more entertaining to share next week!!! AGAIN I love you all so much. Don't forget it ;)
P.S. incase you were wondering... we were at the church from 9-5 yesterday. I am living on a prayer.
Peace brothas
