Merry Christmas!!!! I hope by the time you're reading this email that you've opened some gifts from Santa and have some fun, festive plans for the rest of your day. I've had quite the week so let me give y'all the rundown... First of all, it was KSTEW's bday on Wednesday!! It was so fun to call her an extra day this week, shoutout to the best mom EVER On Thursday, we had a mission wide conference so I got to see all my besties (minus some that were sick cough cough @EW RIP)!! Always so good to chat it up and learn a thing or two from the devotionals. Friday morning we helped one of our bffs in the ward with a neighborhood CANDY CANE HUNT. She had Sister Wally dress up as the Elf and I was Mrs. Claus! It was the biggest meme of my life. The kids were so cute and we had so much fun helping!!!  A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE: We have been absolutely SPOILED this christmas by members in both of our wards. For christmas this year we got to spend it with....not one.... not two.... b...

We had transfers this week... Drum roll please.....Sister Wallis and I are STAYING in Sammamish. That was very anticlimactic my apologies!!! BUT this is her last 6 weeks as a missionary so im going to be SAD when she leaves me!! Along with like all my other missionary friends in January! RIP. The festivities have continued and we have been crazy busy with all types of Christmas extravaganzas! Lots of members have given us christmas presents.... but Sister Wallis won't let me open mine early. Don't fret... I still get away with shakin those thangs to guess whats in em. Hit my 5 MONTHS mark yesterday. Crazy how time on the mission legit goes so slow and super fast all at once! Grateful to be in Sammamish Valley with Sister Wallis for Christmas! We have a lot of fun together. Plus, we have found a couple new friends that are progressing and both of the wards I serve in are so awesome!!  With the Christmas season, we have been focusing a lot on what gift we can give to t...

Snoozin & Schmoozin

What a crazy AND awesome week!  WE FOUND A FRIEND!! We got a referral and had been playing phone tag with her for a week or two. BUT ALAS... we finally got ahold of eachother. Paulina is the cutest lady!! We gave her a Book of Mormon on Thursday, a church tour on Saturday and she came to church with her 3 freakin cute kiddos on Sunday! Sister Wallis and I are really looking forward to teaching her more this transfer. When our lunch hour hits, I normally eat something at lightning speed then race for my bed to get in the most time for a nap. Lately, I haven't gotten to my naps and its really taking a toll. We have some sweet older ladies that we visited this week and it did me so dirty. Picture the sweetest, kind old lady speaking to you with a calming little voice while you're sinking into her freaking comfy couch.... it really be takin everything in me not to be caught snoozin this week. Festive decor update: WE GOT A TREE! The members be loadin us up fr! Basically every...
